The iPlus Family Room was a bit cramped for us, really narrow corridors made it hard to move around with our luggage. We felt squished once we opened our suitcase. The room had all the essentials, but it definitely felt like they squeezed too much in a small space. They also had a decent breakfast, but the front desk staff could have been more helpful when I had questions about my credit card charges.

The room had a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the bed and sofa, and the minibar was a nice touch. Clean and comfortable stay with good facilities. The breakfast was simple but decent in the morning. Access was easy with elevators and an alarm clock in the room.
